"Few faults in the room, 210 leaks in the bathroom so we needed to change to another room. 410 fridge didn’t keep its temperature too hot 67 and coffee machine leaks. Poor however we was always out. Beds comfortable best part of this room. Lift broken for a week, only one lift in use caused delays. Property needs maintenance. I wouldn’t stop there again. Staff were nice and was helpful. Laundry good. Location good. "

"The check in process was so easy! I loved the resort and the pool. The only problem we had was with the transportation that was supposed to take us to the park. We sat and waited and I called the oncall # and talked with the dispatcher but never got an update on if they were coming to get us. We paid for an uber instead. "
