"Very pleasantly surprised with this property. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Marissa, Maria and Mario were very pleasant and helpful. The unit was very spacious for our family of 4, and was completely renovated. All new Samsung TV's and appliances, and a large soaking tub in the master bath was great for tired feet after a long day of walking. "Loved our room on 7th floor. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Team that handled the breakfast were top botch. They were interacting with guests and kept dining area clean and plenty of food. Even when we ate later in the am. Didnt realize they were partners with Caribe Royale next door. We were able to go to their large pool area . Staff there did not offer any towels as they did to their guests but we had our own so we were ok. They did offer everyone frozen grapes as it was in high 90s....
