This was my third time at this property. I was not disappointed. It is near a supermarket and many other stores. It is all within walking distance. Parking is very easy, so is checking in and out. No issues.

It was just one night. It was nice but the resort fee is ridiculous. Stop saying its for this or that and just add it to the cost. I dont use the phone, the pool, or anything else that its supposed to cover. Not having elevator would stop us from returning. For the price, it wasnt bad...just not for us.

Only thing I didnā€™t like was the noise !! Minors staying in a room without any supervision making noise and no one did nothing complaint twice about it late night we couldnā€™t sleep for 2 nights

Everything was really clean even though the rooms are a little bit outdated. I think theyā€™re about to go through a renovation. The price per night was very reasonable and I love that they have so many activities at the pool. There is a huge lack of parking though later in the evening, especially in building number seven where we stayed. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

Check-in was TERRIBLE simply due to bad customer service. I waited to get checked in for 30 minutes, no "sorry for rhe delay", "we'll be right with you", nothing. When it was finally my turn, the front desk lady got in the phone and called to book a new reservation instead of helping me or simply saying "one moment please". Outside of that, our three bedroom suite was perfect and the grounds team were awesome. They helped with getting us ice and unlocking our lock off suite. I'd stay again. The location was great and very convenient to shops and restaurants.
