This 638-room resort offers villas in five-story buildings, and several two-story townhomes arrayed around spacious grounds graced by palm trees and flowering gardens.

Fully equipped kitchens include blenders and toasters. DVD players offer entertainment, with movies available for rent. Ceiling fans provide another cooling option to villas' air conditioning. Stacked or full-sized washers/dryers are provided.

Housekeeping (surcharge) is available with 24-hour advance notice. Towel exchanges and pool towel exchanges are available on request. “Good deal”

Nice place with great service. The rooms are a little aged and the sofa sleeper is not comfortable at all, but that's about it on the downside. Employees were very helpful and kind. The large pool was a big plus for the kids.

“Excellent Spot”

There were two families of us, four adults, 4 children and infant, in two, two bedroom units in the 500 block. Place was really well maintained. Employees were really friendly as well as other guests. 3 pools & Water park were a hit with the kids as well as playground, paddle boats, surrey bikes & small gift shop. We also used the grills at the pool, very clean. Very quiet place though easily accessible, not far from Disneyworld, Walmart about 3 mins drive, Publix supermarket within 5 mins walk. A lot of restaurants between there and Disney world. Gated complex, inroom safe good to have. Washer & dryer in room. All of our group were very pleased with Liki Tiki & will definately recomend to others.

“Will definitely be back”

We had a great time at the Liki Tiki. The pool area is great, and the rooms were clean and tidy. They could use a few more cooking supplies, but we made it all work. The only downfall for us, was the WiFi didn't work in our room. We had to go stand in front of the office to get any kind of internet service.

“Been there twice and will go again”

Have 2 kids so 2 bedroom suite w as great. Close to everything and water park, golf, boats, putt putt, and wifi all included. Great place for family!

“my second return--will be more”

Great place for familys and seniors. i was so excited that i came a day earlier and they accomidated us and we continued in the same room and they checked us in earlier. Rates were great. Ive already recommended several familys to take their vacations at Liki Tiki. Go on site and check out for yourselves.

“Very Nice For a Family”

We had a spacious two-bedroom/2 Bath unit with laundry and kitchen. Worked very well for our family of six. The kids liked the pools and water park, as well as the games. Enjoyed using the exercise facility. Kitchen very well-stocked. Grocery stores convenient. The time share sales presentation took much longer than we were told it would take.

“Would go back...eventually”

Got to hotel at 1am, front desk clerk pleasant but not knowledgeable about resort rooms or locations (facing pool/parking lot). Went to room she said was facing pool, was facing parking lot...2am now...3 sleepy kids. Fine, we need to get these kids to sleep. Walk into room, clean but you could tell it was well used. Squeeky doors, furniture showing its age, creaky stairs, ceiling fans wobbling and squeaking. Go into 2nd bedroom and can smell something foul. Open door to patio and found towel in bag full of vomit!! Uh, was this place cleaned or what? Threw towel in bag and threw it on the lawn. In the morning took our concerns to front desk, Director of Operations came out and spoke to my husband which was very nice. Never had another timeshare phone call after that or any problems with our room. Never got charged for incidentals either or the resort fee/night either. Overall, the resort was great for our needs, the water park and swimming pools were awesome, goofy golf needs some upkeep done and the other amenities were appreciated. We would definitely go back to this resort but really hope that they put some money back into the resort and fix it up a bit. The grounds were immaculately groomed and we always saw the cleaning staff in the morning going room to room offering maid service...at an additional fee of course. Great resort if you have young family.
