Great location for food dispensaries abs regis university.. bars gas stations and major arteries.. easy lyft/uber pickup- mcoys, winchells, 7-11, fried chicken 🍗, mickey ds, the tavern, on & on... great area.. good stay ..i ate mcoys every day"

"The rooms are dated but the staff and rooms were great. We were hiking and had early morning but never had a proboem with noise. Clear Creek running along the back was amazing. We left the rear sliding door open whenever we were there. It was extremely relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Had an issue with fridge working but they came within 2min of calling the office to fix it. We hope to be back again!!"
