"We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues."

"This property was very clean. This is very important as I do not like dirty hotels or VRBOs. Easy access, super great location to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Great little glass blowing shop up the street and walking path near by. Only complaint was you can hear people walking above you but it was very quiet at night, Owner was very nice. Great deal."

Artist’s Mtn. Retreat: 6 Mi to Downtown Asheville!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (163)
"It is a very clean, quiet setting. Owners are very nice. The setting is peaceful. We would stay again. The space is very open. The natural light coming through the windows is something we enjoyed very much. The beds were comfortable. We had not expected the openness of the ceilings between the bedrooms and kitchen, but this wasn't a big deal for us either since we were with our children. We realized that we were more of a 2-bathroom group at times, but we made do, and it was still a nice...

"Our stay was everything we hoped it would be even though we made our reservations, almost 6 months ahead of time. Awesome parking great access to everything downtown. This will likely be our getaway spot just close enough to home, but far enough to be called a “getaway”"

"Can’t say enough good things about our stay or host. Communication with Lisa was excellent. Had immediate replies to questions before our stay and she provided a very useful and detailed custom map to places all over the city. The unit was immaculate and had so many nice features it immediately felt comfortable. The kitchenette was set up nicely so we enjoyed eating some meals in instead of going out. The back porch is large overlooking a beautiful back yard that we wish we could have spent more...

Newly Renovated Private Lower Level Suite near Biltmore
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2)
"Overall was impressed with this little suite. It was very clean and we were only staying for two nights so it was just enough room. Our friends said the pull out couch was not very comfortable but that’s honestly not surprising. Also the bed in the room was very squeaky. It sounds like it had plastic underneath. Otherwise everything else was nice! Would stay there again for a short trip."

"This place was very nice overall. It is in a great location near Beaver Lake and a short drive to downtown Asheville. Brandon is a really nice guy and a very gracious and generous host. The weather was not very favorable, but we were still able to see a lot and we enjoyed some really good food downtown. There is also a great place to eat at the end of his street. I would not hesitate rebooking this place for our future visits to Asheville."

Colby Loft: Downtown Asheville Loft in Historic S&W Building
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (144)
"Above all else the location is FANTASTIC. It is in the heart of Asheville and an easy walk to just about everything.. The Condo's Kitchen was very well equiped with anything you can think of.. The master Bedroom and Bath were very roomy. Hanging up clothes is challenging since the Master closet is locked. Besides that, it was a very comfortable living space for the 4 of us. Close Parking is limited and they fill up fast. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!!"
