"Considering it is an older hotel, the place was very clean. The staff was very friendly. There was complimentary coffee, tea and water all day and the breakfast was great for a continental breakfast. We stayed there with a sports team and it was a great choice. Also walking distance to a beautiful park by the ocean. Highly recommend."

"This our go to place in Nanaimo, very close to one of the islands largest mall. The hotel is recently reno'd & looks really upbeat, lots of tile work, great color combos. Very friendly staff,more than willing to go the extra yd for their guests. Keep up the good work!!!! "

"Stayed in the family suite which had a fridge, microwave and sink area and queen bed in one room and another separate bedroom. Clean and modern looking. Staff was super nice but not always on site.
