“A good place in Nanaimo”

A good place to stay in/near Nanaimo. Room and common spaces were clean and are maintained. Staff helpful and welcoming. The hot tub room and showers were particularly nice...very clean and sparkly. The breakfast room is a little small for full occupancy, like when the Vancouver soccer team was in there with us...and the breakfast is routine, but OK. No problem with highway noise, although the Inn is right on the highway. As all rooms also open up on the lake, it's easy to ignore the highway. We stayed 3 nights, and were comfortable. Room service on 2nd and 3rd nights was rushed, but the desk staff responded fast when we asked for some improvement. About 10 min to Nanaimo, with lots of shopping centers nearby.

“Good place to stay passing through Nanaimo”

Very pleasant helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Not five star but we didn't pay for that. Good value. Easy access to eating places and shops and the highway north.
