This hotel is very up to date with washroom facilities, architecture and amenities. The staff was absolutley fantastic. The best small hotel we have ever stayed at. The area is in the middle of shopping and entertainment with the atmosphere of old Cartagena and street entertainers. I highly recomend this Hotel and area.

Casa Cartujita is an amazing place with superb personnel. The breakfast is great with wonderful choices. It is located in the heart of the beautiful and safe colonial city of Cartagena which is totally walkable. Me gusta mucho!

This hotel is a perfect little get away, it’s a hidden oasis in the middle of the old walled city. The front is very unassuming. When you enter the lobby, you’re welcomed by calm and peaceful atmosphere and wonderful front desk staff. The staff was fantastic in making everything happen. Excellent stay and great staff. I asked for a quiet room and my room was quiet. I had the best sleep of my my one month stay in Colombia. Very convenient location as well. I will return for sure. Some areas for improvement: a little hectic during breakfast sometimes so I think they need to add more staff during busy season. Great location in the centre of Getsemani and close to the old town. The rooms are clean and modern with great bathrooms and storage. The pool is the perfect place for a siesta on a hot day and the staff are excellent.

The place is spotless and beautiful! The beach area is very nice and just perfect. It is a very quiet and relaxing place. Not much to do for entertainment at night. It is very quiet !!! Staff were amazing and professional. Food quality was good but we needed more selections, specially when you are staying for a week. Rooms were clean perfectly and with lots of care and details.

The property and staff were fantastic. The only reason for a 4 star on the property condition is that they were presently doing some maintenance on the property but that didn't get in our way. The staff was excellent and friendly, gave us tips on where to go and provided a laundry service for us. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.
