We ran out of there quickly as this is not a safe place to stay!!
The only positive thing about the hotel is that it is located across the street from the mall and gives access to a lot of feed spots. My family did not stay here! When we attempted to check-in (3:15pm), we were told that our room was not ready. We returned around 6pm to a room that dirty. The headboard had fingerprints all over it, the vent was black with mold,dust, paint was peeling off the walls, and the bathroom had visible lots of mold all around it- tub, sink, blow dryer, etc. When we attempted to turn on the lamp in the room, it knocked out the power to the air conditioner.
We alerted the front desk attendant and he was kind and offered for us to check out (2) other rooms. While the other rooms were cleaner- they both also had mold, hairs, chipped paint, ac was on but room was still hot. While in the lobby we noticed a square in the ceiling right outside of the restaurant area and above the steps that had been previously repaired- this 2x2 area had black and green mold all over it. We pointed this out to the attendant as well.
Honestly this hotel should be shut down, all the walls and flooring ripped up and a complete renovations. This is very unsafe for people to not only stay in but also breathing in the mold spurs. So many people will be sick just staying there.

The room was recently renovated and clean. The staff is friendly and the grab and go breakfast is good. The location is central. The hotel is currently under renovation so one of the elevators is being used by the crew during working hours and there is construction noise and work going on during the day. Although the central location makes it fairly easy to go places. The hotel is located on Dundas Street downtown and directly next door is a Hope House which poses issues especially after dark when walking downtown.

Very nice hotel with many amenities including a kitchent the room too so not necessarily you need to eat outside. Staff were great and breakfast also very good. Overall I will recommend this for everyone.
