This hotel was amazing, the rooms were fantastic, the breakfast buffet was delicious, but the staff were the best. I believe their names were Joan (there were 2 ladies named Joan) and Shem (I didn't get the spelling), they were the most helpful and nicest people ever at the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback, they really didn't want you swimming in the ocean - the first time they said it was after 5 and no lifeguard was on duty, the second time it was the middle of the day and they said no lifeguard on duty. There were several groups wanting in, finally they brought a lifeguard and we were able to get in water. They really need to fix that - just let it be swim at your own risk. Snorkeling didn't seem to be that great, clear water but not much to see.

Too quiet , not ideal place for young people. Facility is clean , very accommodating staff / friendly but the only drawback- road to the resort too rough , even tricycles a bit hesitant to drive you there. The place a bit far from places to eat & Alona beach too !

The villa offers exceptional privacy, even without being beachfront. I appreciated the tranquility of the place and the sense of seclusion it provides. The property is impeccably clean, and the staff is outstanding—highly efficient and respectful. The place is very close to the airport which was also a big plus

Okay properly! Probably only time I will come to Bohol. Near by Alona Beach was dirty with wild dogs. The road and walk up to the beach leave something to be desired. Fortunately, on the 2nd day our tier guide showed us better places.

I liked the property provided a rental to use around the island. They also have a shuttle that will transport you to the airport- very convenient on saving time not having to book a ride. A simple yet efficient place to stay.

We returned to the Henann Resort Alona Beach after first visiting in 2016\. We were in a room back then and a villa this time around. What a beautiful set up! The bed was fantastic and my wife and I regularly slept 9-10 hours, just what we needed for a holiday break. The fridge was constantly stocked with Coke Zero per our preference, and the bathroom/shower was top tier. A private pool was a perfect spot to cool off and get sand off our feet before entering the bedroom. The property had a great breakfast buffet and we had many meals at Christina's, the on-site restaurant. We spent most of our time on the resort, with one stop at the Bohol Bee Farm, but really, you can just stay at the resort and have a wonderful vacation.
