The room was clean. The location was surprisingly quiet. I noted some small areas of easily fixable damage to baseboards and edges of lower cabinetry which if repaired would extend the life of the millwork. Staff I interacted with were polite and helpful.

Very happy with our stay; incredible staff and we enjoyed dining at Alpina for dinner and brunch. The grounds are beautiful.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Water pressure in the shoŵer was weak.

Wonderful hotel centrally located in downtown Victoria. Next to the parliament buildings across the street from the harbor. Excellent dining and cocktail lounge called Fathom. Highly recommend

The home was lovely, the on site manager was very nice. The reason for 2 stars, was due to a hard bed and last min discovery of a Wi Fi router right behind the bed, right by our heads. It was covered up by the closed curtain, so for 3 days we couldn't see it and didn't know it was their, till we were packing up and i pull the curtain back and their it was, inchs from my brain the whole time i slept for 3 nights, 😳. Its even in the instructions to never put these thing near a body, my head it still throbbing. Im not impressed.

Great location, funky old lobby and clean rooms, although we had a small window with not much view. Staff are friendly and free coffee all day. Would stay again!

We love this hotel! The location is perfect. The breakfast is awesome!
