Very nice hotel. Great views of Osaka from my room. Good location, walking distance to Dotonbori. Easy access to Osaka metro system.

Clean room. Pleasant staff. Air-conditioning was good. Small kitchenette with dining table and chairs. Walking distance to convenience stores and dotonburi/namba walk. Bathroom contained shower and washer/dryer for clothes which was handy. Plenty of taxi and uber around too.

Amazing and unique property. Loved the included mini bar and lounge. Food was really good and private bath was a good experience

The location was convenient. Some restaurants were nearby, one being the best ramen I had. There was a 711 about 2-3 minutes away. The station was about 5 mins away. Was convenient for going to Fushimi Inari and Gion. The Kyoto Station was about 10 minutes away which was fine since we only went twice--once when we came and the second when we left. Now for the hotel itself, it was clean and quiet. Too quiet to my liking. I had the suite on the 7th floor. It's big for a family of 7. My issue was the fans in the toilet rooms. We couldn't figure out how to turn them off and we'd forget to ask. Also, there were always some kind of noise in the room. The air conditioner by the bed, the ceiling. At one point we heard a really loud sound like if someone fell or something. Sounded like it came from upstairs. I don't know. It was weird. It felt off. I was too tired to care, though, and I slept peacefully. My companion didn't. At one point we really thought it was haunted because of the noise we heard coming from the living room when we were packing in the bedroom. I was spooked as I looked at my companion. They asked if anyone was there. I went to look and saw plastic on the floor. It fell from a filled up bag haha. Not a bad hotel but I wouldn't come back myself. The free shuttle to the Golden Pavilion was nice, though.

the thousand was perfection! wonderful accommodations. beautiful hotel. great location. attentive staff. i wish there was body lotion in the rooms but that was a minor thing. we had the traditional japanese breakfast and felt like we were treated like VIPS. highly recommend!!

Excellent place to stay in Osaka, family friendly and clean room

From the rooms, staff, restaurants, gym and spa this place is an excellent experience and value. I feel like every dollar spent here met my expectations. Great job management and staff!!!

Excellent place to stay in Osaka, family friendly and clean room

This is my favourite hotel in Kyoto and I will stay here everytime, the rooms, the guest lounge with free drinks and treats like toasting marshmallows at a fire pit are welcome bonus, beautiful location too! Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time in Kyoto and Hotel Monday made it even better. Our room spacious, shower and bathroom were very cleaning. The customer service was great! We will definitely stay here again.
