I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making you feel really welcome. The room was comfortable and spotlessly. The hotel is within walking distance of everything.

On a passer un bon moment au bora bora , l’hôtel tombe très tranquille le soir , le seul bemol est que rien est inclus même l’eau faut acheter a tout les jour. La nourriture est excellente ainsi que le déjeuner compris.

We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston ! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old Cartagena (we had a view on the walls). We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff. When it comes to the room, it was so comfortable (especially the beds which were hard to leave in the morning) and really clean. The AC is a bit too noisy though, should be fixed. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide range of food and everything so fresh ! The food at dinner was delicious as well. Also, the view from the rooftop is just breathtaking, a 360° view on the city ! The spa staff should also be praised for its professionalism, treatments were great ! In general, the staff was really efficient, just some mistakes on the bill but they were fixed eventually. Finally, I’d like to thank Luisa from the guest service who brought us essential help to finalize our Colombian journey. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll come back for sure !
