We had a small issue upon arrival in our room where the toilet hadn’t been cleaned around the seat, lid and pedestal. We raised this with the front desk who responded very quickly and got it sorted and we also received an apology letter and chocolates.
Other than this we had a great time, the hotel is perfectly located, all the staff are excellent, especially Catriona on the front desk who we really liked. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent.
We are planning on going back in a few months.

Amazing and unique property. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The location is excellent, short walk to Grand Central station and a 5 minute walk to all the main shops. I have stayed in various hotels in the area but none come close to the quality, cleanliness and spacious room. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
