Ottima sistemazione a pochi km dalle Giant's Causeway. L'hotel si trova praticamente e pochi passi dalla zona centrale della città. La stanza era abbastanza grande, i letti comodi ed anche la colazione al mattino era buona ed abbondante, sia dolce che salata. L'auto si può parcheggiare in strada, anche di fronte all'Hotel, ma occorre fare attenzione agli orari consentiti per il parcheggio gratuito. Gli addetti passano per controllare, quindi al di fuori degli orari gratuiti è bene verificare come provvedere al pagamento. Sotto l'hotel c'è anche un pub che come sempre è pieno di gente già dal tardo pomeriggio.

Really disappointed with our stay due to poor maintenance of our ground floor apartment. Musty/damp smell in entrance hall and the apartment. Both showers were dirty, grout between tiles was brown and build up of dirt around edges of shower tray. Shower heads not clean. Really disgusting. Floors hadn’t been washed. Splashes of toothpaste on tiles and doors. I spent two hours cleaning as wouldn’t have used either bathroom in the state they were in. Kitchen not very clean either. Cutlery tray had crumbs in it, fridge not very clean and splash marks on kitchen tiles and units. Luckily we weren’t planning on using the kitchen for cooking. Beer kegs, pallets, plastic wrapping and general rubbish e.g old suitcase dumped outside the property, below living room and kitchen windows. The apartment is nicely decorated and is centrally located so it is such a shame the cleaning and maintenance was soo very poor. Will not return.

Great hotel, with the lovely view but there needs to be unapproved lunch snack menu..

Beautiful apartment with the most comfortable beds! Would definitely recommend!

Nice place. Miss the personal welcome, it makes a difference. We received a blank check-in email and had no one to help or even a number to call. Thankfully they responded quickly to the email help request so we received our full check in details without too much delay. Some cleaning issues eg mould in shower. Poor quality gowns, bleach stains on them and no gown belts, poor quality towels. Both things fairly tatty. We booked for 2 adults and two children - the apartment was only set up for 2 in the double bed. Sofa bed bedding left on the floor. They provided only 3 towels, and not enough shower gel. Hot tub was lovely, too hot initially so we waited to cool it, then it was cut off at midnight - really disappointing as we had had to wait for it to cool then got about 10 minutes in it!! Thought the open fire was great, but nothing to light the fire had been provided and there was not enough firewood. Overall it’s a good spot, good location and great potential but definitely improvements needed. Wouldn’t categorize it as luxury glamping due to the points highlighted.
