WIFI could be better...but it's free.
Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine.

I did not like that the rooms are not soundproof. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I love that they have washer and dryer. Nice pool, small kids playground and good views. I ate at their restaurant but I didn’t like it, it’s better to order takeout.

Please have someone assist the visitors with their luggages when they check in and check-out. Please also provide bigger garbage cans. Please provide a floor mat outside the shower to help dry the feet after showering. But we really like your hotel. The designs and interior decorations were so good. The location was also very convenient to take the MTR. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

Sheung Wan is a marvelous place to visit and this hotel is very well placed for that. Lots of great restaurants of all kinds nearby and easy transport options available. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful.
The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
