Main lobby and Gold Member staff were pleasant, and always helpful. Room was well equipped and clean. Will stay again.

The room was nice enough. Very warm and the window didn’t open. The staff seemed friendly enough. I wish the one bottle of water in our room that I thought was complimentary wasn’t actually $8.00, I never would have opened it! I wish there’d been toiletries like make up remover and q-tips.

Enjoyed the Fairmont Gold Experience. Gold Lounge was closed for renovations on our last day, but the hotel took great care of us in the restaurant for breakfast. We will be back.

Room was spotless clean but heating was noisy Staff was courteous but when requested for late checkout was told that we have to request at 7 am to morning staff on 1 st come basis Idea of late checkout to sleep till late after spending night at casinos till 5 am

Excellent amenities excellent stuff would really have a good experience and we enjoy super eight

The large room in a central location with breakfast provided was perfect for four 'old' girlfriends meeting from various locations. The staff were all friendly, especially the breakfast lady.
