Sandman signature is very well maintained property, the hot tub was out during our stay. I had a kitchenette but was missing just about everything to actually cook. I liked that you need a key card to access room and parking. I would recommend this property as the staff did accommodate what they were able. Also, my visit was during a very busy weekend. Clean and comfortable

The staff were nice, the room was nice. I don’t like paying $33 to park. This is just another way for the hotel to make money. The fee is more than half what it cost to rent my car ($50/day). Only one out of three elevators worked so it took 20 minutes to get to the lobby to drop off my room key and then get back on the one elevator to get my bags to the basement parking garage which is so tight most cars park across the lines. I tried the stairs but the access doors were locked shut which I would think would be a fire hazard. Not cool!!

Clean and comfortable

The staff were helpful and fine, but the hotel definitely needs maintenance. The hotel needs a complete renovation, and the rooms need at least a good scrubbing. There were marks that could be removed with a magic eraser. Just that extra little touch would help make the place more comfortable and welcoming. The staff were helpful and the place was mostly quiet, and it's in a good location too.
