Front desk was helpful. Hotel is near central train station 7 minutes walk. Hotel is near a Food Hall. Hotel roof top Italian restaurant provides a stunning view of the surrounding city. Room is spacious and offer excellent view. Gym and sauna are available.

For a hotel that had only been open 10 days, very few things were wrong/needed addressing. The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was included in the room price and was good

Location is fantastic, and the property is in great condition, especially considering it only opened last year. Rooms are generously sized and well equipped, with a nod to eco-friendliness. Service is what’s lacking compared with many other five-star hotels. For example, check-in upon our late-night arrival was delayed due to a lack of staff. Busy and perhaps a bit overhyped, it felt more transactional than like a hotel that prioritizes personalized relationships.

My partner recently stayed here for work. He said the apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the station, which he required. He bought food essentials at the supermarket close by. He loved the apartment and would stay here again. Contact with Frederik for the check-in details and entrance information was seamless.
