It was our first trip away from our little one and wanted to treat ourselves and this hotel is a dream. We had a small noise issue night one that we mentioned relatively casually not expecting anything at all. With no hesitation they told us to pack our bags and offered a room change. We returned to a beautiful suite with living room, fireplace and complimentary drinks in the TaTa bar that evening. An amazing gesture that made our short stay even more memorable. We’ve already recommended family who’ve booked for April. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we will be back!
