The property was clean and nice, but hours of operation was harder to contact due to no reception in property that stay open late. Overall, if you go in the opening time, the staff is helpful.

Good hotel in a great location but don't go in the hot summer months as the aircon is not upto the job in hot weather. We asked for it to be fixed but still uncomfortably hot most of the time.

This hotel is very well placed on the most famous commercial street in downtown Budapest. Unfortunately, we had a superior room at the ground floor that was not corresponding at all to a hotel of 4 star level (as it is rated on its website). Very disappointing experience.

A good centrally located hotel. The staff were very professional. We had evening meals in the hotel twice and the food was good, although the main course was too much for me. On the next occasion we ate in I had two starters, which was adequate, and the staff were very willing when I asked if this was possible. We had breakfast once, but I really couldn't justify spending so much when all I wanted was some muesli, fruit and a pot of tea. The spa was excellent, and the whole place was kept very clean.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable. The 24-hour coffee/tea bar is a great bonus. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. The hotel is in a great location—within walking distance to the most famous sights and museums. I would definitely stay at the Ikonic in the future.
