I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi connection isn’t that strong so keep that in mind when staying here.

I stayed on this hotel for one week. I like the hotel with enough space with kitchen simply and modern design. Brand new building. Near to the shopping mall, bus terminal just walking distance. I just gave 4 star rating because of the lobby is so hot, there is no swimming pool yet and only one elevator functioning at the moment.

There’s a mall that is almost attached to this hotel that is undergoing construction. No noise complaints from that, just makes the walk next door a little wonky.

The staff were very accommodating, from the front desk to the restaurant and room cleaners. The in-house travel tour was very helpful and provided us with an unforgettable vacation.

Safe, convenient, beakfast buffet great selections. Early check-in for premium member failed, my room was ready however staff failed to notify me.

Each room looks out to the ocean. The beds are king sized. The staff was super friendly and helpful at cooking adventures for us. The food in the restaurant at the hotel is made fresh and has local and international options. The pool is clean. The hotel sits on a reef with tide pools. We would love to come back and stay again
