Turks and Caicos Yoga Vacations

Excellent resort beautiful and well kept staff was great and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received. We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe on the third day. Beach service was equally disappointing. Towels were not consistently offered, umbrellas were never opened, and no one offered menus or asked if we needed anything. Food was brought to our lounge chairs without a table, despite tipping. At breakfast, we were asked for a tip and our $0 bill was checked before the table was cleared, even though it was a self-serve buffet. Other disappointments included no fresh juice (only concentrate), repetitive menus throughout the resort, dirty plastic cups, and staff gesturing for us to hand over our plates immediately after the first course. Even requesting a Band-Aid became an issue, as they only wanted to provide two. There was also a private corporate event with no signage or communication to guests. For a resort at this price point, the lack of attention to detail, hospitality, and consistent service was unacceptable. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at The Palms again on our next visit to Turks & Caicos.

The staff was amazing!!! They made everyone feel like a VIP. The hotel is located in an area of grace bay that is easily accessible to small shops, coffee, etc The amenities are great and the poolside and beach staff are amazing. A shout out to Jameson who made us feel so welcomed, kept our drinks and food flowing and always made sure we were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast was great as well. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Definitely great for families.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The setting is simply spectacular. Miles of pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a level of tranquility that is increasingly difficult to find. Many mornings and afternoons we had long stretches of beach almost entirely to ourselves, walking or swimming in what truly felt like our own private paradise. Our beachfront villa with its private pool was exceptional. Waking up, making a coffee, and walking straight from our terrace onto the beach became our favorite daily ritual. This is not the place for loud entertainment or crowded all-inclusive vacations. It is the place to slow down, recharge, enjoy nature, and experience understated luxury with impeccable service. Thank you to the entire COMO Parrot Cay team for an unforgettable week. We are already looking forward to coming back.
