this resort is one of my best and favorite resort so far since i stayed in the philippines for 2 months. Its my first time staying but i felt like 1 night is not enough. if i just known how beautiful the place is i would have stayed longer with my family. service is excellent, people works there are so helpful. I would love to tell everyone that this place is wonderful.

This place seemed to be no longer maintained even their most expensive room is not up to par. Shower is broken, wifi is not working and staff is working while you are in the room. Terrible

Exceptional stay from start to finish! The service at NuStar Hotel Cebu was phenomenal;every staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, whether it was a coffee refill or fresh towels in the afternoon. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the ocean view made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!
