That said, staff are generally responsive once you connect with them, and they’re helpful and professional when you need something. This after I paid $25 to park in the lot. The williamsburg inn as expected was very colonial, looked great. I was sent down the road. My bldg was newer looking on the outside, needed help on the inside. Shower was horrible. Funny to say rooms were dated! Its colonial williamsburg but maybe thats their excuse?
