This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

As you step in the lobby you are greeted by professional staff ready to give you the warmest of welcome. The hotel is clean and service quality # 1. The manager helped us with our local SIM card and even offered to talk with China Telecom customer Service despite the fact he was multi tasking (greeting guests, checking them in and supervising his staff). Appreciation to 朱啟纵 who went out of her way to give us advice on local attractions, restaurants and how best to use the subway system. The cleaning lady always greeted us with a smile and frequently asked whether we needed something. She seemed to be there all the time ready to serve. This is why we booked 1 extra night (total 2+1). Definitely recommend the hotel. Exactly what the hotel advertises. No unpleasant surprises. Will definitely be our top choice when visiting Shanghai next time. There is supposed to be free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but they do not answer the phones to be able to speak to them where to pick the bus up

Very spacious and elegant rooms with a fantastic oversized bathtub, with amazing view of Pudong. Delicious breakfast.

Definitely recommend this amazing location for your next trip. Excellent staff and various amenities offered!
