North Osaka Waterpark Vacations

Such a great hotel. Had washing machine in the room. Lovely staff so so nice and sweet. Right across temple that we can enter for free and very close to Kyoto station as well. Great location and overall very clean. I do recommend 11/10 I loved this stay

Words can’t explain how beautiful this hotel is and in the perfect location! The hotel is absolutely amazing and the views are unmatched. I’ve stayed at many great hotels but nothing compares to this one! Breakfast is fantastic and staff is so incredibly kind! Worth staying here when you come to Kyoto!!! Amazing!!!

great location

This property is well located in kyoto. Near some good food and sightseeing opportunities. However, the rooms while spacious, definitely were not the most upkept. There was a smell that lingered in our room and the hotel itself felt a bit dingy and stale.

An Amazing Hotel. Wonderful staff, excellent facilities and a great location. The shuttle bus service to Umeda station was very helpful. Cannot wait to return.

What an incredible gem of a property with the best staff of associates. Great location for temple and shrine visits. An easy taxi/uber ride to the downtown area to visit food market and other great areas The attention to all the details is next level!

great location

We could not wish for a better place to spend our honeymoon. All the staff from the reception to the cafe restaurant as very kind and made our stay a spectacular experience. We were received with a surprice from the manager. The cafe restaurant offered a food experience with all youbcan eat tapas followed the the main pasta dish with alowed us tonhave a culinary experience. The amenities were all new and high tech, very modern. The great location and the views from the balcony was the highlight of the stay. We will definitely be back to Muni. Thank you very much for this unforgettable experience. ❤️ K&L

The hotel is grand in size and style, everything from the lobby to the elevator is majestic. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but I blame google maps for that! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel isn't far from namba station, so easily accessible.

What a wonderful experience! Every member of the staff here was so kind, professional and eager to go above and beyond. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had so many lovely amenities. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was delicious with the staff remembering our coffee orders each morning. Highest praise for this hotel. We can’t wait to return!
