Overall it's a value play. The room was huge (2 rooms 3 bath and a sofa bed). The pool entertainment was great. The pool and beach were fun. For the most part the staff were really friendly. The food here is by far the most awful all inclusive ever. Hot dogs are not sausage. No matter how many times you cut them up it's still a hot dog. It will never be a sausage. And if you want green eggs without the ham this is your place. Dishes were not clean. Couldn't even stomach the 'dinner food'. It's funny how many times we saw Uber Eats come into the property.... AT AN ALL INCLUSIVE!!! Cockroaches in our room. One shower didn't work. And you will get pressure to take a tour for a timeshare that they claim is not a timeshare.... trust me. Just say no.

The property was nice and clean. The staff is extremely polite. We had an amazing time at Barceló Resort. We want to go back soon ❤️

The resort has great beaches and delicious, but overpriced food. Rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable beds.

Angel at the Cortes restaurant was super nice he went the extra mile for us, very knowledgeable about how to treat people, the only reason I didn’t gave 5 to the resort is because the reception was very disorganized and people were waiting in line not knowing where to go.also the food at the food court some of them were cold and coffee was not good for my experience..

Este lugar no fue nada agradable . Si no les gusta caminar en el sol no lo recomiendo. Este resort tiene varios edificios con cuartos. Pero algunos quedan más retirados de la playa, piscinas y restaurantes que otros. Muchos cuartos están de subida y aún con transporte fue mucho caminar del que nos gustaría. El resort no deja que escojas tu estancia, más bien se basan en disponibilidad, y nos tocó el edificio mas lejos de la playa. Siempre hay que esperar por transportación para ir a todas partes y aveses va muy llena y tenemos que esperar a otra,aparte que no te deja afuera de tu edificio ellos nos llevan a la paradas o estaciones y de ahí hay que caminar asta el edificio de alojamiento. El lugar está en una colina o en un cerro. No tiene mucha variedad de comida. Ningun edificio esta al lado de la playa todos están en una subida o al costado de un cerro HORRIBLE ESTADÍA NO REGRESÓ JAMÁS NI GRATIS NO GRACIAS
