Kerama Islands Waterpark Vacations

Room with big balcony facing water, short distance to beach, very good breakfast, unlimited welcome drink beside the pools, also we watched fireworks at the balcony in our room is a bonus

The hotel was not what I was expecting. The hotel is big. However, I was overly dissappointed with the hotel. The pool and pool area was not cleaned daily. Leaves, dead insects/bugs and moss build up could be found around the pool. Inside the pool was not cleaned daily and there was always sa d in the pool. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. They did offer a mattress top and that helped somewhat. The pillows were either to soft or very hard. Breakfast wait was always an hour unless you opted for Japanese breakfast. Electricity was cut off for hours and the hotel offered sorbet in a sample cup

Everything here was top notch. The only downside is that it is a little further from town, so dinner options are limited to the hotel’s restaurants or waiting for a taxi. The hotel itself is impeccable, with great service!

We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!

Our stay was amazing! All the staff were wonderful! I would totally stay here again!
