Shamian Island Waterpark Vacations

I arrived and I had message them and told them the time and date as they requested but they made no effort to accommodate me and said there was no room in the vehicle to pick me up. My Chinese gf fight with them until finally a car showed up a hour later but was over full of people and we had to squeeze in, at arriving at hotel they said they never got the money and Expedia stoled it and they only receive $30 a night and they was refuse give the free breakfast. Also initially they said I did not book a room and my card was not charge but for 3 days say it they could charge they would but refuse cancel the room so I could make other plans saying they would keep the money if it eventually showed up in the computer stating its pc error.. how ever I believed it was just lag time from Expedia for them to receive the funds they would tell my gf in Chinese there no reservation while telling me they refuse to cancel the order even it never went through .. Then they said I did not pay $89 even know I had the receipts saying I was scammed online and I could not get the free breakfast or pay for it because I was a foreigner, I should log on and pay $25 also the sign said the breakfast is $5 at the hotel but they would not let me pay. and the hotel room luxury one. I had purchase was $30 a night not $89 I had paid. so either way I felt I got ripped off and staff was unhelpful and did not try anything to fix the situation just refused to talk to us and would just walk away say I was scam

Outstanding stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! Located right in the business hub, it was incredibly convenient for the Canton Fair, yet peaceful enough for family travel. The area around the hotel has plenty of great shops and places to explore. The front desk team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in fast and smooth. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the thoughtful service throughout our stay truly impressed us. We absolutely loved everything. Will definitely stay again on our next business trip to Guangzhou!

I've stayed at many Vienna Hotels, but this one has excellent front desk service and clean, odor-free rooms—truly amazing

With the construction at the airport, this hotel is no longer convenient. Shuttle busses only arrive once every 30 minutes and it’s a 20 min ride to the hotel.

All staff members were super friendly, no matter their position – from front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel welcome and safe. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel's own garden provided fresh air and a peaceful vibe. Even though it was fully booked during my stay, I never felt crowded. My kids could safely run around from our room to the playground without any worries, and they absolutely loved feeding the hotel's alpacas and rabbits – they wanted to interact with them every single day! They also got to experience picking fresh crops in the garden, something city kids rarely get to do. Plus, there are several farm-style restaurants just a short walk away for local meals. If you're living in a busy city and need a relaxing escape, I highly recommend Bella Vita. Overall rating: 4.5/5.
