Very clean, reasonable price, and nice temperature. Parking isn't amazing, but that's to be expected downtown.

My first time staying in a Landing Property and I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the amenities and customer service. The communication was great and I will definitely stay in a Landing Property again.

I will stay again. Good place. Don’t luv the neighborhood, but hey it’s Memphis. And there r far worse neighborhoods. Amenities outstanding!!! Kitchen is better than home.

Every interaction—from the bellman who welcomed us upon arrival to the incredible servers at the bar—was nothing short of exceptional. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and appreciated. The atmosphere is elegant, welcoming, and filled with the kind of Southern hospitality that makes you feel right at home. It is clear that customer service is a top priority, and it shows in every detail. Thank you to everyone at the Guest House at Graceland for making our visit so memorable. I purchased the executive suite for my sister and her husband's 2nd year wedding anniversary. Water was backed up in the tub, light bulbs were missing and their microwave wasn't in the room. May not sound like much but I was very upset because I wanted their experience to be a great one. On the bright side they took really nice pictures in the lobby. The historical hotel is a landmark for Memphis and I hate giving this type of review but I paid a lot of money only to be disappointed.😞

Awesome room, shower was wonderful, restaurants had delicious food, enjoyed shopping, and had a blast bowling. Great time!

Good coffee on morning!!

The Hotel Pontotoc was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I will definitely return.

The property owner went out of their way to make the space comfortable and was extremely responsive and eager to help and answer questions. The loft was spacious and lovely and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
