"What can I say? Who do you blame? The property oe Expedia for nor verifying the properties that they put up. The staff, especially Brandi and Jennifer, were great. The property and ammenities were in shambles or dodn't exist at all. Advertised 32" TV's in cabins, but no TV's. Advertised restaurant on property, but no restaurant, sign on door said closed due to Covid, but judging by peeks through the windows, hasn't been open in 20 years. "This Hotel was very disappointing to say the least. The overall location is a plus and within walking distance to a lot. I have never in my life stayed in a hotel that rations towels. Not that we asked for extra, but to just get a fresh set of towels per person in your room daily is a feat in itself!!! The staff blames guests stealing towels, will tell you they’re drying the towels and will put some in your room, but either don’t or put 1-set as if it’s not a couple guests in the room. Supply Chain 101, order a surplus of towels Hu! I’ll also add these the thinnest towels I’ve ever used at a Hotel. Getting your room cleaned is questionable as well. Some rooms have a card to put on your door to request housekeeping services, but if your room doesn’t have a card and you don’t know about the card, you better hope you catch them in the hall cuz they may not come. Two days I requested housekeeping services and they did not come. My room had carpet stains, the wallpaper was peeling and 2 tiles had fallen out in my shower while in it. They have a lovely rooftop and host a Friday evening sunset event, hotel guests get free entry but anyone can reserve tables and they were all reserved so our group of 15 all staying at the hotel could not be accommodated! I also think it’s weird staff get on the elevator with guests with large housekeeping bins etc, but that’s me! Each time we went to the front desk or approached staff they were empathetic and willing to help, but no follow-up."

"One night stay on a long trip. Easy to find, lobby looks nice. Our room was ok. The a/c had a funny smell to it and the wooden toilet seat was cracked so was pretty uncomfortable. It didnt feel the cleanest, but I didnt have any cleanliness issues really. The breakfast was pretty good. Sausage links were superb, but everything else was pretty typical-powdered eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, no yogurt even tho there was some delicious looking granola. Not a bad place overall!"
