The property was clean. Did not like that the pool closed early and so did the snack bar so we were not able to get any drinks and it was very hot outside. Also the lazy river moved very slowly so people were crowding all around.

Fix the AC. I am in room 554 and the AC is set all the way to 60 and it just doesn't get cool enough. I have family staying in room 448 and the AC was 10 times better and it was set to 65. Also on arrival all the bed linen smelled like wet clothes left in the washer too long. We asked for new linen for the whole bed and they brought us two sheets. When we asked again for the pillow cases and comforter the gentleman said he will come back and never returned. I had to call again and it look like maybe a manager came to check what we needed and we told her everything needed to complete a bed with new pillows and all she brought was a handful of pillow cases and 4 pillows.
