Great place to stay!! This was our 3rd stay at this faciliyy

Very nice room in a top notch resort.

Fix the AC. I am in room 554 and the AC is set all the way to 60 and it just doesn't get cool enough. I have family staying in room 448 and the AC was 10 times better and it was set to 65. Also on arrival all the bed linen smelled like wet clothes left in the washer too long. We asked for new linen for the whole bed and they brought us two sheets. When we asked again for the pillow cases and comforter the gentleman said he will come back and never returned. I had to call again and it look like maybe a manager came to check what we needed and we told her everything needed to complete a bed with new pillows and all she brought was a handful of pillow cases and 4 pillows.

This place exceeded expectations on all levels, over the top customer service, not one bad meal at any restaurant or bar, top service at all the pools and the spa was very nice. The only thing I'd say I was not a fan of was the surprise additional "resort fees" that I paid with Expedia and then with the resort directly. It was not explained upfront very well. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Property is older but well kept. Lots of pools. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
