Beautiful home, comfortable, new

The room in general was clean, but the shower head was not working and was dirty , where the water is supposed to come out from. Good thing the shower hose did work .

Everything was excellent: location, the food, the rooms, and most of all, the kind customer service. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be back.

I liked breakfast, most of the staff was friendly, very clean the facilities I didn’t like that even though I booked a room that includes kitchen, fridge and so on, we were asked to pay separately cutlery, dishes and glasses, that is something considered as basic in all other options where people is booking a family room, this needs to be revised
