The shower’s hot water took a long time to get hot and after it got “HOT” there was no way regulating the temperature… it was just a “HOT” shower period. Ordered room service and the food was horrible. Who serves you black avocados on a shrimp cocktail. Someone who doesn’t care about the quality of food going out. I love this place but this last time was not so great for what we paid. Who doesn’t like good food and long showers on a vacation. We didn’t get that this time.😞

The staff was awesome super helpful and attentive. Facilities were clean and well maintained. We stayed in a suite with sinks fridge and microwave only think was we had no napkins or extra trash bags. We asked and the staff provided them.

We were pleasantly surprised when we first walked in but after getting unpacked we noticed that the furniture was stained and the end tables were really dirty. On the good note, my husband really liked the comforter. Most of the pools were closed for maintenance. We'll probably stay in town next time. Carman was great to deal with. Her service was spot on!
