I like the location and how safe I felt. This was our second time staying. I would definitely stay here again. All stuff was very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping to everybody at the restaurant upstairs. Juan our waiter every day at breakfast was amazing, he was very attentive and great customer service.

The main issue came at check-out: I had a credit balance, but the front desk couldn’t process my refund due to an earlier clerical error. I was told it would be handled later, but I left without clear confirmation, which was frustrating. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-located hotel with good service, but management should improve staff professionalism and front desk procedures to ensure a smoother guest experience.
