North Shore Sydney Waterpark Vacations

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

The breakfast was self-serve and plentiful. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, etc. Very friendly staff and within walking distance of the cruise ships.

Love this hotel - so convenient

Thus hotel is perfect. Great location. Great decor and vibe. All in a very nice condition. We loved being there. Rooms were comfortable and the bed and bedding top quality. We slept like babies 😎 Highly recommended.

We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. We will definitely stay again if we travel to Sydney again.

I found the hotel and staff excellent. The breakfast was very good, kind of Eglish style with French sweet options. It was a self-service option. The only one thig, I would change were the big pillows in the room. It was impossible to sleep on these pillows.
