Traveling with my kids and our stay was great. Like the location of this hotel, it’s just 7 minutes away from the Kyoto Station.
The breakfast buffet is very nice. They also have complementary afternoon tea and snack. My kids also enjoyed the free craft event. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The location is fine. You can walk to the Osaka Castle. There is a train station nearby. Breakfast is great. Staff is very helpful.

The best hotel in Kobe. The only recommendation for improvement would be that the staff in the dining room should be better trained, considering their desired fine-dining aesthetic. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay as always.

Worked exactly for our 1 night needs for our group of 3! Booked the night before and was able to immediately check in at 10am the next day with a very helpful staff. Didn’t get to try the amenities but hotel was nice and clean and within a 10 min walk to the subway station.
