Pamalican Island Waterpark Vacations

We stayed for 3nights. The first day of buffet breakfast we had…the food selections at the main lobby restaurant were suboptimal. The egg omelette tasted like it was a powder mix. Food Buffet presentation was poor. We had the privilege to go to The one at the 28th floor breakfast buffet based on the type of booking we had, the made to cook breakfast was better. We had booked this hotel before when it was still CRIMSON and everything was wonderful. Toilet tissue in the bathroom had no extra refill available to use even though we started with very minimal to use. The same with facial tissues available. It looks like this hotel is going through transition and looks understaffed I hope it gets better because I like the location. Thank you!

This is an honest review of a “penthouse” unit near Okada—shared for public awareness, not to harm the business. There were different addresses sent, which caused confusion upon arrival, and no intercom connected to the lobby. The unit is spacious enough for 6, but the quality and upkeep did not meet “penthouse” standards. Concerns:    •   Only one TV (remote not working) in this "penthouse"    •   Middle bedroom AC was fast-dripping—we were given a bucket as a fix solution    •   AC remotes had no back covers    •   Empty dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher    •   Noisy/unstable master bed frame    •   Difficult communication (3 numbers, only one responded) Other notes:    •   Free WiFi (speed unsure)    •   Massage chair available    •   Flimsy table, stand lights, extension cords Positives:    •   Free parking 1 space on different floor    •   Cold AC overall    •   Big fridge    •   Fast elevator, nice water view We didn’t explore amenities like pool access due to communication issues. I requested a late checkout due to the inconveniences and was given until 12 noon—with a request for a 10-score review in return, mentioning they are currently struggling. Reached out to lobby for luggage storage after check out where night staff stated is possible and will arrange and the day staff said that is not possible! Book If you’re okay with these conditions. But for those used to Western standards, this may fall short. Sharing honestly to help others decide.

Diamond Hotel is a great place to rest and unwind in Manila. The location is convenient with a great view of the bay. The staff is top tier, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast, all-day buffet, restaurant, and room service are all very good. While the cost may not be for everyone, comparing this to the nearby Conrad Hotel (more expensive), I prefer Diamond Hotel every time.

Property ‘s location, overall maintenance (including the unit’s cleanliness) is excellent. Recommendable to family & friends. Staff are courteous, helpful esp to seniors like me, and knowledgeable of their assigned tasks. One of the best properties I stayed in Metro Manila

I chose the Belmont Hotel because it was close to NAIA terminal 3 and I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and very quiet to my surprise as it’s located directly across from the airport. They have a nice rooftop pool and bar with a bbq grill that serves a nice chicken inasal although we had to almost an hour. There’s a small gym with adequate equipment to keep you fit during your trip. The breakfast buffet was nice with a wide variety of food and hot dishes that you would see at lunch or dinner. There are many good restaurants nearby within walking distance. The best part is the covered pedestrian bridge that connects to NAIA terminal, just a short 12 minute walk and you are there, stress free and comfortable. I will definitely stay at the Belmont Hotel again.
