Great location, close to restaurants, shops, and transport. Room is very spacious, clean and offers great views of the city. The staff is excellent, extremely courteous and helpful. This was our second time staying at Hopewell, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant.

The internet was adequately fast, the staff was very helpful, the location perfect - and the bedsheets were wonderful. The one silly personal complain we had would be the quality of the coffee provided in the room. Do not expect it to be good. Instead, go down to reception and ask to use the espresso machine. And while you are sipping the espresso - or if you cannot sleep - checkout the amazing design books available to browse at the reception area. We skipped breakfast, totally forgot that was an option -and anyway, exciting food options await as soon as you walk out the front door.
