Great room and location for the price.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

Everything was great except the elevators only two worked properly and it took 20 minutes to get one to get to the 11th floor

My second time at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge and I'll be back. Very urban, cool, attentive hotel. And the views! Chef's kiss.

I thoroughly enjoyed my seaside suite. Gorgeous view. Loved that the property is located on the beach. The outdoor beach service is immaculate. John provides wonderful service with a smile. Throughout the property, I found the staff to be kind and attentive. I also enjoyed the pool area and the rooftop spa- it’s small but the service was quality. All in all- I enjoyed my respite at The Pelican.

Right in the heart of the Strip. Clean rooms, nice slot machines and tables, beautiful pool, good restaurants and shops too.

Like many casinos on the strip this one is past its prime. It is well located, the restaurants are good. I had an issue with my card declining for $50 room service so they locked me & my guests out of both our rooms at 1230am. It took 3 trips to the front desk (escorted by security who were great btw) with new cc for them to unlock doors. Front desk worker seemed sure I was pulling a fast one🙄.
