U.S. Virgin Islands Waterpark Vacations

The smell of sargassum was bad, however the hotel heavily communicated that to me before the trip. I’m just not sure anyone can be prepared for that. Lol. Our room was clean and staff was friendly. Do your research. The whole island is mountainous. Everything is a walk/hike. I was well informed so I didn’t mind it. Taxis were readily accessible. Our air unit was working overtime. We kept turning it down because we were freezing lol. We had one wall the outlets didn’t work so we just plugged into another wall. Locations is far out however it was easily accessible to the ferry to St John. The hotel also offered transportation to near beaches. We did the shopping trip and enjoyed ourselves. Would stay here again

We had our wedding here. Very happy with that process and the staff’s assistance. Every staff member we dealt with was great. Dinner at the resort seemed expensive. Food was ok. Again, staff were great. We stayed in two different rooms. They were large and comfortable. Cleanliness was ‘ok.’ Not great. AC in one room super cold, the other, not so much. The beaches were fantastic. Property overall was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Our villa was great with incredible views. Any issues or questions we had were quickly resolved. Would highly recommend Calichi to anyone looking to stay on the quiet side of the island.

The property was great, the food was great, but the staff in general could use some training in hospitality. Unfortunately they were just not inviting in a greeting from the front desk at check in, the maid staff, and most of the food servers. That was honestly disappointing. As simple as a greeting or a hello or honestly anything would have made me feel more welcome and not like it was an inconvenience to help or assist you.

Not everything was operational in the apt. Lights/fans etc. but was an awesome place to stay.
