The front desk lady said it 3 times that we were so lucky our room was ready- after our check in time. I have never experienced anything like that before. They were very busy, but we pay a fortune for a room we don't even stay in a full 24 hours and I just wanted time to change and freshen up and relax before our event and barely had any time to do so..
