I am writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with how this hotel handled the theft of my wife’s necklace from our room. We are absolutely certain the necklace went missing after the housekeeper cleaned our room. Unfortunately, the hotel’s response has been completely perfunctory, dismissive, and lacking in any real concern for our situation.After discovering the necklace was missing, we immediately filled out an incident report with the hotel security staff. The security officer assured us that his manager would conduct an inspection that very night and provide us with an update the following day. We received no feedback whatsoever.The next day was our checkout day. Before leaving, we went to the front desk to ask for a status update. We were met with a shocking lack of empathy. The front desk staff bluntly told us that "if they didn't call, it means there is no update." When I asked for the name and direct contact information of the manager handling our case, the staff refused to disclose any names and told us to just use the general phone number listed on the hotel webpage. Feeling completely unsatisfied with this brush-off, we requested to speak directly with the front desk manager. We were told the manager was "not available."Now that we are back home, reflecting on the entire process makes it clear that the hotel staff simply did not care about our crisis.
