Was our first time staying here we had to wait till almost 6 for check in and then we had to get a double bed room instead of a king suite. We were upgraded to the 19th floor room was huge and nice BUT the air conditioning sucked the room wasn’t hit but I would have e definitely wanted it cooler. Also their snack bar that you get charged for want reset from the guest before and I didn’t not till the last day we were there so we got charged for it even after we tried to talk to someone about the issue also parking was HORRIBLE unfortunately I won’t ever stay here again

I stayed at the Westgate for 8 nights with two rooms and spent well over $2,000 on the rooms, plus additional money at the casino. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall level of service. During our stay, we had no hot water in the shower on at least two occasions, housekeeping skipped our room for two days, and the rooms themselves could have been better maintained and cleaned. There was also quite a bit of construction and renovation taking place in the hallways, which affected the overall experience. What really bothered me was the lack of courtesy when it came to small requests. On checkout day, after an 8-night stay, I asked for a 2 PM late checkout and was told it would cost another $52. I also had a heavy box that needed to be brought downstairs to the FedEx office and was told it would be another $20 just to assist with the box. I understand hotels have policies and charges, but after staying for more than a week, having two rooms, and spending a significant amount on the property, I expected a little more hospitality and flexibility—especially considering the service issues during the stay. The hotel has its positives and the location was convenient for the convention, but overall the service left me disappointed. For the amount of money spent, I expected better.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The view was gorgeous at night with all the lights. We loved it! ~ Always Grateful. ~

The place is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bedroom tv would not turn off. I had to unplug it. It was quiet and relaxing. It is close enough to the strip if you want hit a casino or a show, and you don’t have to deal with the loud noise. It was a little weird to have the bath tub in the bedroom. But for couples that could be a plus.

We stayed at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downsides were that one of the pools was closed for two days, and the food at the hotel was a little expensive. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. We would happily stay here again!
