8.6/10 Excellent! (11 reviews)
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Receptionist was particularly helpful: we told him what we would like to see and he made useful suggestions regarding how we could make the most of our stay. The hotel arranged affordable day transportation to historical sites like the Taj Mahal in Agra, which included visits to other places of interest. The taxis were clean, the drivers were polite and adequately knowlegble about the local history. Furthermore, they did not hurry us; they urged us to take our time and constantly reiterated to us that they were there to attend to our needs.
The Receptionist also arranged taxi to the airport.
A big thank you to the staff and drivers.
