Great Staff and Convenient Location, but Noise Can Be an Issue Overall, we had a good stay at Kojo Hotel. The staff were excellent—very polite, friendly, and accommodating. We truly appreciated their attentiveness, especially when they arranged to transfer us to a different room after we reported the noise. The hotel is also conveniently located, with plenty of establishments nearby. Unfortunately, noise was a significant downside. We could hear karaoke late into the night, as well as the bass from a nearby nightclub. Moving to another room did make a noticeable difference, and we appreciated the staff’s efforts to help, but the nightclub’s bass was still audible. Overall, the excellent service and convenient location were definite highlights, but guests who are sensitive to noise or light sleepers may want to take this into consideration when booking.

Stay in the resort it’s the best do not eat outside the resort. The food quality is not even close to the resort food and the outstanding customer service you receive. I enjoyed Christina’s restaurant the most outstanding staff.

Hotel was close to shopping mall which was convenient.

The Mall, I guess if you’re Rockefeller, Trump or Hilton.

Great staff

Hotel extremely full with student activities, restaurant overwhelmed at times, staff doing their best to cope. The junior suite we had was in pretty average condition and overdue a refurbishment. 803. It will not deter us from staying again, we are regulars.
