Room was nice and very tidy. Daily cleanings were done and always clean and efficient. From desk is attentive and hospitable. Property is close to MRT and local malls

Second time stayed in this hotel.. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean.. Will surely come again next.. 👍👍

Location and people were great!

The hotel is clean, convenient and room is spacious. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Have free water, coffee and tea in the lobby. New regulations would not allow the hotel to provide tooth brush and toothpaste, so travelers should prepare. Otherwise very comfortable stay overall. Would stay there again.

Interesting though confusing place. Rooms are big and comfy and hotel locations’ good. But it’s very dark in there - lobby, breakfast room, amenities: no windows whatsoever. Rooms do have windows but there is like 15 different switches to turn on and off the lights and that’s still did not allow me to turn off an armoire (?) or a spot in the bathroom window. When you do turn them off, they turn on by themselves a bit later. I guess you want to have the staff explain that to you or just remove the main card to power the whole room off. So it’s an experience, in any case. Not bad but still different 😆

Great area to stay in! Bed and pillows were excellent! Service is awesome! Breakfast buffet is pretty good for the price. Lots of places to eat around the area. I would stay here again!

Location is very good. The cleaning lady is very helpful. The front desk reaction to my request is very fast.

it's a little bit old, but maintained very well. Very kind of staffs. The buffet is really great
