(173 reviews) The hotel was very helpful in assisting us receiving our suitcases through Airporter service. Furthermore, they assisted us in paying cash for a parcel delivery that we organised from Tokyo. We booked two three night bookings separately and they made it very easy to link the two bookings so we did not need to change rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there for 6 nights. The smart TV allowed us to easily stream YouTube on TV. The only thing that I wish they did was service the room every two days rather than every three days. The distance to the subway station was not as close as we would have liked but it is an easy walk on a wide flat pathway majority of the way so easy for wheeling suitcases. The hotel is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Whilst not surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafe, there are still many variety of eatery options in the surrounding area within short walking distance. I see other travelers complained about the cost of breakfast. In our opinion it was a lovely breakfast. A bit on the pricier side but still lovely. We actually skipped lunch most days because we were so full from breakfast and spent more time seeing the sights. The service at the hotel was wonderful. Very kind, warm and professional staff. The location was excellent - near the main train station. I spent quite a bit of time selecting this hotel and I am very pleased with our choice. Would definitely recommend it and would come back.
